Roadmap

ClearMap is going to develop further to extend its functionality and useability.

Plans for future developoment:

We plan to add following items to ClearMap in the future:

• Graphical User Interface
• Flexible pipeline generation
• Colocalization tools
• Tracing tools
• Support for very large data sets and memmaps

Together with those changes some additional changes will be done to the code under the hood:

• reorganization of the IO module
• reorganization of the parameter specifications
• reorganization of the parallel processing
