Roadmap

ClearMap is going to develop further to extend its functionality and useability.


Plans for future developoment:

We plan to add following items to ClearMap in the future:

- Graphical User Interface
- Flexible pipeline generation
- Colocalization tools
- Tracing tools
- Support for very large data sets and memmaps
 

Together with those changes some additional changes will be done to the code
under the hood:

- reorganization of the IO module
- reorganization of the parameter specifications 
- reorganization of the parallel processing
